"While I was wary at first of the online format, in the end I was pleased overall -- while it isn't quite the same as being in a classroom in person, having real-time interactive class meetings online did a pretty good job of mimicking the classroom experience. Being able to "attend class" from the comfort and convenience of home was definitely a plus when compared to commuting through rush-hour to get to class."

"Working full time affects us both in the same way - we have chosen to only
take 1 course a semester (including summers) due to the amount of work at
work, the amount of work for the MIT program (varies by class), and also to
ensure that we keep our sanity and do have some free time."
